What started as Salonmeister in 2012 has become a remarkable success story. Today, Treatwell can look back at a successful relaunch and unique growth. 500 employees in 11 European locations ensure that 20,000 salons are easily matched with their customers every day.

But what is the secret?

According to their own statement, the success is due to the Treatwellers. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland alone, 80 enthusiastic employees are eager to join forces every day when it comes to combining technology and beauty into a unique booking platform.

But at Treatwell, it's not just about being good to and for the customer - that's why team events are a priority, successes are celebrated together and more and more benefits are introduced.

Treatwellers in Berlin are happy about tasty lunches

Life at Treatwell is more than just a job - that's what the company says. To prove this, employees in the Berlin location have been able to enjoy a very special benefit since March 2019: Smunch delivers delicious and varied lunches directly to their office.

"We wanted to launch another benefit for our employees - one with real added value and nutritional advantages," says Managing Director Tobias Hinteregger. The gain is obvious: "Healthy food also brings us healthy employees."

The team appreciates and enjoys their lunch program. They especially like the large selection, healthy food, great exchange between the colleagues and flexibility - because Smunch allows you to order until at least 9:30 am the same day. Every day, at least 30% of the Berlin Treatwellers use Smunch's offer.

Tobias Hinteregger and his team are more than satisfied with this quota, because not every benefit is so popular. He also recommends that other companies include lunch in their benefit selection. "Good food makes employees happy and satisfied," he says. "Smunch is a great alternative for employees, especially when subsidized. In addition, the get-together strengthens the company culture."
